Reporting Schedule
Local Historian quarterly reports are due no later than the 15th of the month following the quarter.
***Please note the reporting schedule is not based on the calendar quarter but on the Society Year***
- 1st Report (May - July) - Report Due August 15th
- 2nd Report (Aug - Oct) - Report Due November 15th
- 3rd Report (Nov - Jan) - Report Due February 15th
- 4th Report (Feb - Apr) - Report Due May 15th
Annual Report is Due May 15th
Event Reports are Due within 30 days following the date of the event
Reporting may be done via email. A copy must be given to the local seneschal and a copy kept for local historian files.
