Events Hosted by Your Group	Invalid Input	This would include any events that your group has held. Dates would be helpful, but not necessary.
Awards Received	Invalid Input	List award, awardee, event, and date. (Who got it, what they got, where they got it and when.) Although the last two aren't vitally important, it will go a long way towards constructing a group OP.
Classes of Heraldic Interest Taken/Taught	Invalid Input	Name of class and date/event taken. Conversely, if you have taught a class, the name of it and date/event it was taught. If there are both classes taken and taught, please clearly indicate which are which.
Other Items of Interest	Invalid Input	This includes participation in other heraldic activities not listed above (Courts held, lists overseen or heralded, etc.), significant purchases or gifts to the office (books bought, funds received for items, etc.) or other special events which Diamond should be aware of (upcoming event being held by group, acquiring a new deputy, etc).
